Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 permet \u00e0 la personne qui appelle de laisser son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et d\u2019\u00eatre rappel\u00e9e lorsque vient son tour, au lieu de rester en attente dans la file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9duisez le temps d\u2019attente per\u00e7u et facilitez l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 votre service, tout en \u00e9quilibrant la charge dans les files d\u2019appels. Le rappel est d\u00e9clench\u00e9 automatiquement via le standard, ce qui cr\u00e9e un flux fluide et professionnel sans changer la fa\u00e7on de travailler de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fonctionnement du Callback<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le Callback s\u2019active comme une option dans vos files d\u2019appels existantes. Lorsque la fonctionnalit\u00e9 est activ\u00e9e, l\u2019appelant peut choisir le rappel, laisser son num\u00e9ro et raccrocher. Quand vient son tour dans la file, le standard Telavox appelle automatiquement le client et transf\u00e8re l\u2019appel vers le prochain collaborateur disponible, selon les param\u00e8tres de la file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
